Designed for baseball athletes ages 14–18, FAME Baseball combines short structured home sessions, physical training tools, Kajabi instruction, weekly coaching support and simple scorecards. The program teaches the skill first, adds challenge progressively, and begins baseball transfer in Week 5.

Built for Developing Baseball Athletes — and the Parents Supporting Them
FAME Baseball is designed for athletes who can follow structured instructions, record their own scores honestly and train for 10–15 minutes at a time with parent support when needed. The program is not a replacement for baseball coaching, eye care, medical care, strength training or skill instruction.
Program structure
Each week introduces one clear training goal. The athlete learns the task, practices it with the kit, uses coaching feedback to correct technique, records accuracy and quality, and progresses only when the task remains controlled. Baseball application is intentionally delayed until Week 5.
